How This Site Works

I am so excited to use my education background to provide resources to Children’s Ministries that need new options! I understand that sometimes volunteers have limited lessons to choose from and churches do not always have the money to invest in big curriculums. I hope that this will provide an alternative that will be useful.

I believe keeping the Bible passage in context and understanding the Bible as complete with the Old and New Testament. I have a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education and Bible. However, I graduated during the recession and have since moved my career to Human Resources. I enjoy what I do, but I know God has given me a creative mind with a passion for Children’s Ministry!

My plan is to release a new lesson on Mondays for the following Sunday.

First lesson will be posted on Monday, March 22, 2021 for Palm Sunday!

Every week, I will work to use materials common in children’s ministry, household items, and things easily found at dollar and discount stores. I hope to keep monthly spending as low as $20 or roughly $5 a week. If there are ideas I have of different items that would work, I will share that, as well.

Here are some things I consider items on hand:

  • Computer / Tablet / Smartphone
  • Printer (I use a black and white only one most of the time)
  • Copy Paper
  • Construction Paper
  • Glue and/or glue sticks
  • Scissors
  • Crayons  and/or markers or colored pencils
  • Pens/pencils

This will help give a foundation for the site and how to be effective with using this as a resource for your ministry!

    1. Thank you, Debbie! It has been on my heart for a long time – since I was a college student. I have a lot of ideas, so I am working to start to get them out. Appreciate your support!
