I came across this blog post and appreciate the challenge of what we teach kids about the Bible and how that message is delivered. So often, the historical accounts of David and Goliath, Parting of the Red Sea, Joshua and the walls of Jericho are fun stories to share and kids get so interested and excited. But are we taking time to share the Gospel? Are we teaching the hard principles of sanctification and redemption? So easy to do the former and neglect the latter.
